Just to clear up some misconceptions, the Head DM team does not have a say over who can run for the position, nor do we intend to ban anyone from the process.
Personally, though, I would ask that those of you who want to run do so because you want to improve communication on the server, and not do so because you have an agenda of change or seek to have a position of power.
