Title: Strange graphic problems

Got a strange graphic's problem. Since I tried to reconfigure my NWN graphic card settings, I can't access the game anymore in DM mode. My screen just shows the NWN-cursor but the rest remains black. I though can hear the background music and also can click on icons, which I don't see. I sometimes have the same phenomenon when in player mode, but not always.

My graphic card is a : NVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS

Anyone can help me?

An incompatable refresh rate maybe?  I'm not sure why it would affect DM mode and not single player, though, unless they configure seperately.

Is your system a dual-core computer?

No dual core. And in general it effects both modes. I can just access player mode over the toolset more or less without problems.

Have you tried setting the graphics back to a minimal setting?

I know way back when there was an Nvidia driver update that did that. Lot of people had problems, cause it would load but the screen was black.

Make sure all your drivers are up to date, and it may come down to you needing to put your card settings back the way they were

Yes make sure most your graphics card and computer is up to date on drivers.

BUT!

Have you recently just installed a certain driver? I know sometimes I installed the latest on my old video card and I had to roll back to older ones to make NWN work again.

Yea, try that and see what you get. Pretty confident that's the problem, if it happened straight after your update.

It's been a continuing issue with nVidia cards. I had this for a while too. Rollback to the previous driver.
