Title: Absence of visual spell effect - bard song

I started playing my bard again to find the missing musical notes above head during a bard song.. i really enjoyed those because it would let someone who walks in on the scene know that music is being played.  I'd really like to see those back since it has always been obvious that they werent THERE for real.

Yeah, it really should play for a little while...  it was kind of a mistake to take it out completely.
