i can only get the 'fencing' style to work
and he looks ruddy stupid doing it!
The skeletons look ok, with the glowing ones obviously standing out. But those zombies look pretty good. Especially since some still have hair and whatnot, making them a little more creepy.

IF i was only using John Umpton, I'd do it in a second... but Yoshinaka using a Katana like a rapier makes my blood run cold...
i can only get the 'fencing' style to workEh, Fencing's okay. It's a decent animation set if you're into two-weapon fighting. But my biggest complaint about Fencing is its limited animations; attacks with your off-hand weapon are executed with an animated strike from your main weapon. And it looks pretty off-putting to see your character stab with a bastard sword and deal a short sword's worth of damage. :?

Improved models:Truth be told, I don't really like the new zombies. They're too skeletal and too "busy". I guess I'll have to hunt down the override's files and delete them, because I'd rather have my old zombies back...even if I have yet to get over the ones missing half their heads. :?

##Final Edit, here is the correct link to the overide version (previously I had found the hak version)##
http://nwvault.ign.com/View.php?view=Other.Detail&id=994
This is an overide set which alters the default neverwinter nights spell icons to the classic Baldures Gate 2 (and Throne of Bhaal) icons instead. Odviously this will overide the colourised spell icons. I use this myself, no problems with it. Please note the screenshot shows also an alterd 'border' (the GUI), this isnt inluded in the overdies it is just specificly the spell icons.
Alas, they do not work in PoTM, it must be something to do with one of the required haks :(, which makes me very sad because they are nice looking. However being overides they will work in single player and most of the other modules up and running.
- The ground on many tilesets is a lot more bumpy, and I noticed a few things can get lost underneath it actually. There's also quite a few places where the walkmeshes are funky, and I shoot up on the z-axis, or can't select a walkable piece of ground that should be walkable. Its not a deal-breaker though.
-I usually like to play with "Never hide 2nd story tiles", but being in the forests with this override is impossible that way. There's just too much stuff in the way.
-There are quite a LOT of tile based objects that are different with the overrides. Meaning, trees that aren't actually there, giant ferns, etc. While this is visually great, you have to keep that in mind with your RP. Be careful with *Leans against the tree and rests*, theres a good chance nobody else sees it.
Actually, that's just a compilation of overrides and not original work as I can see. Most of it is from chico400's NWNCQ that you can acquire here:

I took the liberty of combining several improved model overrides and compiling them into a single download, but more importantly I only added the improvements that should not cause any visual conflict with the original aesthetic of the game. So if you want to slightly improve the default models, without straying too far from the vanilla look of the game and without perceiving things drastically different than those that do not have the same overrides installed, this may be of use to you.
Remember to back-up your override folder so you can always revert the changes.
Improved_models override.rar (http://www.mediafire.com/download/bloa2lny58z2e51/Improved_models%20override.rar)
(Click the link to download, extract to the override folder in your game directory)
Includes the following:
- Improved tesselated heads (male and female)
- Improved hand models (male and female)
- Improved feet models (male and female)
- Improved neck models (male and female)
- Improved chest model (male only)
- Improved pelvis model (male only)
- Alters about 9 existing vanilla heads, does not add any new content
- Male head number 2 (hooded one) was left out for being of subpar quality
- Includes the hand update for the broader body type (male only)
- Any other (body)parts were left out to prevent awkward graphical issues
Think you could put up some screenshots?
I'm actually in the process of changing all of the ravens in-game to use Izk the Mad's new raven models from the Community Content Challenge: http://nwvault.ign.com/View.php?view=Hakpaks.Detail&id=199387&id=8095

I don't want to make a mess and I would like to use the best ones to start.
And these overrides(most of them), work for Prisoners Of the Mist, right?

Hello. If im not mistaken the overide dosent work on potm anymore.
I'm using the hands override for ages and never had a problem with them. Now, I don't see them in this server, or in others using CEP. But they work fine in a server without the CEP. Can anyone help me in understanding what is going on? Is there a CEP-specific version I'm lacking? If so, where can I find it?
This is exactly the one override I think is hard to play without; the default hands are just horrible.
Iv updated my override to have a new halfling head, that replaces the 161 option. The new heads are on the left, the one they replaced is on the right.
Cep Head Override: This was something i made up to have a more appealing head option that overrides one of the current head options (Elf Head: 022, Halfling Head: 161) Its mostly for personal preference, though anyone can download it to use for them selves or to see it on others. Would suggest renaming your current "cep2_top_v24.hak" something else like "cep2_top_v24_old.hak" so you can easily stop using it when ever you want to. (Hopefully when the head gets added as a official option).Spoiler: What the Heads Look Like show
