Title: Encumberance - Destroying Strength spells?

I've been noticing that my strength spells are lasting MUCH shorter than they used to. I can't tell for sure, but I thinking the encumbrance system is to blame. I think when it encumbers you, it's removing Bull Strength entirely. Then, when it's finished, you're stuck with the same strength you had before you cast, not the strength you should have from the bull strength.
