Even before becoming a moderator, I had noticed a small trend of people going OOC and posting in the IC boards about OOC things without putting them in double parenthesis or slashes. When making an OOC comment, make sure it is something that really merits it and not just because you feel you must reply OOC. We have OOC boards for that.
In short, please keep any OOC comments, smileys, quotes or links at least inside double parenthesis or double slashes and to a minimum as they tend to be disruptive even within their markers.
