Now i know magic bags cannot be placed inside another magic bag, but is it possible to allow filled box to be placed inside magic bags, in PnP it's possible.

it sounds something that is hard coded. maybe somesort of custom system for that ?

or then a seperate incredient pouch like they have in some of those anphillia servers. its a container of somesort, you put it on the ground and click on it to open it, then you can put craft 1x1 square craft materials there. ore's, herbs, other crap. then when you close it, it transports back to your inventory

Yep, you can't place a container within a container in NWN.
