- Added Falkovnian, Lamordian, Mordentish, Richemuloise and Borcan embassies to Dementlieu.

- Updated the appearance of the Broken Spire Inn and Juteau's Library in Dementlieu.

- Moved the trigger which removes goo from the Blighted Laboratory outside.

- Fixed mismatched ingredient and meal descriptions.

- Fixed some dungeon population growth variables.

- Fixed several broken cooking ingredients.

- Fixed several minor issues in Hazlan.

- Shortened and standardized the names of generic NPCs.

- Corrected typos and minor issues.

Scripting and System Changes:

- Fixed several problems with the cooking update.

- Corrected minor issues and implemented performance optimizations.

- Updated the appearances of Constantine's Fishing Lodge and Krofburg's Morninglordian temple.

- Removed most tileset fixtures from warehouse and shop rentals in Vallaki and Port-à-Lucine.

- Added herbalism supplies to the Faculty of Medicine in Dementlieu.

- Shortened the names of more generic Barovian NPCs.

- Decreased the number of NPCs in the Refuge of Fifth Light.

- Added light sources to the Wandering Billy.

- Streamlined and tightened the rules for easier reading.

Area, Item, and NPC Changes:

- Implemented an Outcast Rating System to Sithicus.

- Overhauled the appearance of the Drain.

- Added occupations and bounties to the Drain.

- Added banks to Sithicus.

- Added a new dungeon to Sithicus.

- Adjusted balance and fixed issues in Sithicus dungeons and areas.

- Fixed traps being non-disarmable in several dungeons.

Hak Changes:

- Implemented the Duskblade class.

- Added 21 new spells.

- Added the Battle Magic Tactics feat.

- Added Hide in Plain Sight to assassins at level 8.

- Added Shadow Jump to shadowdancers at level 4.

- Opened up Armor Skin and Overwhelming Critical to all classes with a requirement of 17 BAB.

- Updated the remake/relevel crystal:
   - Crystal uses for characters under level 10 are unlimited and don't expire.
   - These uses still count toward the 5 total remake limit, enforced at level 10.
   - Once a character reaches level 10, a 90-day timer begins.
   - Characters level 15 and above cannot use the crystal unless required to do so by an update.

- Added support for Mettle to Ancestral Vengeance and Castigate.

- Fixed more issues with persistent carpentry setups.

- Crypt Raider bonuses no longer apply on bounties.

- Fixed an exploit with Final Stand.
