A red-haired light carrier examines the poster, her eyes narrowing as she reads the contents.  With a huff, she walks into the Sanctuary and emerges not ten minutes later with a fresh poster in hand.  Without caring who sees her, she crosses out several lines, so only "Be ignorant no more" is visible, before putting up the following flyer beside it.

A young woman wearing the distinctive white robe with small touch of gold of the morninglord church initiate and worshipper as been seen praying for hours silently in the temple. A small statue golden depicting the morninglord standing in front of her.

A blonde haired male light carrier can be seen outside the Sanctuary at several times of the day and night lately, working at what appears to be carpentry with a singleminded determination.

Oftentimes the furniture pieces end up crooked or with something otherwise wrong about them so he frustratedly takes them apart only to reassemble them again.  The few times that the pieces do come out the way they are supposed to he invites people to sit on a chair or bench or try out a crate, chest or barrel and give feedback.

Sometimes the Garda tell him to move some of the furniture further away from the trade road, it can get a bit cluttered. He does so but seems to be asking their input on it too!
Why the iadul is an outlander out on that land there, sawing and with a hammer and nails so many hours each day?

A heavy veil descended upon the interior of the Sanctuary of the Coming Dawn, the air thick and palpable.  Visages of the heralds of hope wrinkled with the malaise that clung to their forms, sticking to every inch of pulpits and cold, rough-hewn pews.  Mutterings spilled between the light carriers, Horatiu moving to offer a gesture of solace to Lizuca, a strong, calloused hand upon her robed shoulder.  The countenance of the clergy remained the same to the undiscerning eye, affixed smiles and stalwart stances that defied the pervasive ambience.  Still the dark shroud enveloped the dilapidated chamber, raising the gooseflesh upon those that entered the domicile of the Dawnfather.  This morning, the coming dawn was muted, dulled – and the warmth produced seemed to never reach the skin of the faithful.  The bell’s pull rope laid in a tattered, discarded heap at the base of the dais and a foul, fetid liquid dripped from the heights of the belfry.  The Morninglord’s intonation, the bell’s sound that reverberated through the outskirts, was eerily silent.

Father Gariss gave a solemn sermon and announced the death of Dawnbringer Kaliara. He used his sermon to call on those to remember her in life and the good she had done in service to Lathander. He gave a message of hope and redemption over despair and undeath; as is commonly preached by those of the Morninglord's faith. He solemnly offered his aid to those in need prior to his departure to Vallaki in the early hours before dawn.

A couple of dark clad warriors seemed to descend in the crypts, alone, one after another, each followed the other in a disparate span of time. The band seemed to gather deeper in the crypts, though some adventurers report the band to be way larger than the just two warriors reported from the Lightcarriers, hinting that half of the company reached them through a secondary entrance. A Black Hand symbolism flied proudly on a few dinstictive individuals among the pack, they seemed to come in contact with another assembled group of adventurers who had just cleared most of the skeletons. No violence erupted, even though the black clad flock seemed to intimidate quite much the others solely by their presence. While most of the adventurers hastely reached the top, a woman was reported to linger in the last chamber with the band of Black Handers for a prolonged time. The woman eventually reached the others unharmed, though shocked.

Former light carrier Kaine Morrus now wields a mop rather than the blessed spear.
When asked about it he says he was found unworthy and that his best simply was not good enough.
The pressures of the position with being consistently overly scrutinized seemed an incredible burden to him. Certainly there were some things he liked about doing it but somebody has to clean up the messes in the temple.

Word spreads that the cult of the Morninglord has lost one of their own in a brazen kidnapping. No one seems to know where he was taken or if he is even alive. The cult now begins their search for Father Allek Mars in hopes that they can find their lost brother

A masked woman in black and silver can be seen often since the attack, aiding in clearing the rubble inside the Temple and the most simple of repairs in her ability.

A large number of fresh flowers--some clearly bought, some appearing freshly picked--are added to various places around the Morninglord temple, inside and outside. The giver, a small blonde woman, checks in over the next few days to remove any that are less than perfect and replace them with fresh ones.

Alongside the small blonde woman is a young woman in dark clothing with a bright smile and a cherry disposition. She's turned her latest devotions to helping the blonde woman with flower arranging around the sanctuary. She also keeps a candle lit outside the sanctuary. Keeping the place clean and presentable for the memorials.

At sunset, two guards enter the Sanctuary of the Coming Dawn outside Vallaki's western gates. They stop before Priestess Shannon Linwood, an outlander devotee of the Morninglord who has just finished her prayers for the evening. Before long, an onlooker is threatened by the guard, but this escalation is defused when the priestess flees the temple, leading both guards into the darkness of the old night.

In the early evening a small blonde gnome, physically beaten, stumbles in to the sanctuary. From the looks of her she seems to not have been outside in many days.

A Shrine, made of ashy stones and charcoal has been raised in the graveyard. It sits quietly in the corner, a melted rapier placed atop of it.

Sasha Sorokina begins to spend nearly all of her time at the Coming Dawn, trading sleep for hours so that she can better split her duties between the outskirts and restarting her work with the soup kitchen in the slums. To most observers it might seem clear she's looking or waiting for someone at the Coming Dawn, her face quietly hopeful and a little more restrained than its typical cheer.

A familiar blonde priestess has been seen around the temple as of late, aiding sister Lizuca with the wounded and speaking with those who enter the temple. The young woman, though her eyes usually surrounded by the red usually associated with tears, is rarely seen without her smile. After some time away from the temple, Sister Patos has returned

— Clamor among outlanders spreads about how a couple of graves were dug up and defiled the previous night.  The bodies were left out to rot, stripped clean of all matters valuable: fangs, rings and trinkets.  —

It wouldn't be long before a tall man, dressed in black and wearing a death-mask, was seen among the graves. The man left a scythe leaned against the temple walls, trading it for a shovel as he went about the hard work of returning the corpses to their graves in the frigid night air. He was silent but for exertion, and spent time after surveying the graveyard.

A pale-skinned, dark-haired figure wearing the red and white of the Christian Templars tosses and turns on one of the bedrolls along the wall of the sanctuary. For the handful of souls who have seen him sleep before, the sight is nothing unusual.

Suddenly, he awakens with a scream. He pushes himself upright with some effort and doubles over, his head in his hands. After a moment, he tears open his satchel laying nearby and removes a small object wrapped in cloth. He stares at it for some time, his features relaxing but his eyes cold and without their usual brightness.

Eventually, he gingerly returns the bundle to his satchel, pulls the bag closer to him, lays back down, and forces his eyes shut.

The pale-skinned, dark-haired half-elf in the red-and-white tabard of the Christian Templars is seen entering the sanctuary and making his way to his customary spot for prayers. As he kneels, a pair of shaky hands unclasps the small golden crucifix around his neck and clutches it in front of him. After some moments, he stands and moves to the bedrolls, settling in for the night.

He awakens with a bloodcurdling scream hours later. After several heavy breaths to compose himself, he apologizes to the Morninglordian clergy for the disturbance, then sits up, leaning against the wall. Sleep does not return to him.

The pale-skinned, dark-haired Templar is seen entering the sanctuary again and stepping over to his usual spot on the dais. He kneels and closes his eyes in prayer, then unclasps the crucifix around his neck and holds it in trembling, folded hands. After a few moments, others nearby hear him softly weeping.

An elf dressed in greys and black entered the sanctuary quietly, slumped over slightly, tired from a long journey, a crudely wrapped corpse carried on his shoulder. He moved to the back of the sanctuary, placing it down with care. One observer from the outskirts followed him in and queried if the one he carried required healing, with a simple shake of his head followed by a few heavy words, those that heard would understand, this corpse has been left for Ophelia.

In the pre-dawn hours of a rainy Barovian morning, a figure in the white and red of the Knights Templar is seen speaking with a pale-skinned, dark-haired, fanged woman behind the Sanctuary of the Coming Dawn in the outskirts. As the sky begins to brighten, she departs.

The knight remains outside and speaks with another woman in front of the temple until well after the sun rises. He is cautious to keep his hands concealed, but when they're visible, they shake with a violent tremor.

Eventually, he excuses himself and enters the sanctuary, where he moves to his customary spot on the dais for prayer. As he kneels, he removes his helmet, revealing deathly pale skin and jet black hair. After murmuring a few words, his brow furrowed, he rises and makes his way to a bedroll.

Sleep does not come to him.
