Where:
I died at the rangers hut near the fishing lodge

When:
Today before and after the latest update.

What:
I went to the ethereal and chose the option to return to life, came back (3 times) the 3 times in -9 hps (last time by DM suggestion)

Recreate:
Die and return to life

Ideas:
No idea.

I'm having this issue as well. I chose to do a mist res since I'm only level 3 and the xp penalty shouldn't be -too- bad. I appear in the vistani camp... At -9 HP and bleeding out. I die again.

Same thing happened to me.

I died, resurrected and immediately upon resurrection died again. My combat log shows a roll for initiative, and then me damaging myself for 10 magical damage.

Helped a couple of characters with this, but it seems there is a serious issue with respawning.

Same happened to me got -14 magical DMG and got into -6 HP right after comming back to life. I think its because I had low hp character and respawn sickness gets CON down it taked its hp to bleed out. Well just speculation though.
