Bard Song should be a standard action without Subsonics; with Subsonics, it should be a free action.
However, it seems that regardless of whether the ability is toggled or not, no actions are queued. Your character makes gestures and visual effects are seen without Subsonics toggled, but it doesn't seem like it's in the action queue like other actions would be. Without the Subsonics feat, I cannot use Bard Song at all.
EO is aware of this bug, but I would like to know if anyone is able to replicate the problem or able to confirm that they are having the same issue.
