In PnP Mord's and Black Blade of Disaster are both Evocation (like Shelgarn's) but for some reason in Vanilla NwN Shelgarn is indeed Evocation, Mord's is Transmutation and Black Blade of Disaster is Conjuration. In 2015, another developer changed Mord's to Conjuration to be consistent with Black Blade but they both should be Evocation. We'll correct that for the next hak update so that it's Evocation, not Conjuration.
So, long story short, it was an oversight to not add the summoning feats to them but it was also an oversight for this spell (and BBoD) to be Conjuration. I won't for now add support for those spells for the summoning feats since we'll be changing the spell school.
