Unorthodox flurry and monk attack progression

Based on what I've read in the wiki and on the forums, building a monk character seems fairly straightforward. What I would like to know, however, is if the monk AB progression applies solely to unarmed strike or if it would apply to light weapons as well. Also, do rapiers qualify for unorthodox flurry since they are finessable, or not because they are medium weapons? I've not had a chance to test any of this out myself :(

Disregard. I received assistance with this matter - for unorthodox flurry to work it cannot be a rapier. The attacks per round progression also only applies to unarmed strikes.
