Gendarme Bounty Board - Bugged

The bounty board located in the gendarme headquarters is bugged two ways:
1. Attempting to click it from far away will instantly bring up a pop up menu but then it disappears
2. Completed bounties may totally remain, or be seen as an invalid token on the board
