Channeled Rage
--- Quote ---Spoiler: showType of Feat: General
Prerequisite: Barbarian Rage, Caliban or Half Orc.
Specifics: The barbarian can focus his rage to counter charms and compulsions. During rage, he adds his new Strength bonus to all Will saving throws.
Use: Automatic.
--- End quote ---
At the current moment, this feat is available to all races. What is the reason of this limitation?
MAB77:
It is simply to make it in line with standard D&D rules, where it is a racial feat restricted to Half-orcs. It was also thematically fitting to allow it for Calibans as well as they fill in for Half-Orcs in Ravenloft.
bocian:
Yet for some reason it made it in the game available for all races. Is there any chance to make it stay as it is, without change? IMO it's working well enough - barbarians are feat starved already, so it's a challenge to get all of them, and this one makes the class versatile but not invulnerable, as the bonus will saves are limited by the rage duration.
EO:
There are no plans to revert.
APorg:
Honestly this is nice, it gives Caliban Barbarians a little niche.
