Hak Test - "Last Stand" feat Visual Effect
« on: January 02, 2018, 07:23:14 PM »
Tested the new feats for a charismatic fighter and came across a minor detail that may not even be a bug.

When singing "Rallying Cry" or "Inspire Competence", there's a visual effect on allies who are affected by the feat, such as shown on the guards in this picture:

Spoiler: show

But when it came to "Last Stand", the effect simply doesn't triggers on the allies, except the character singing the feat (as it says in the log chat).

Spoiler: show

Also the "singing" of the feat appears for Last Stand, but doesn't for Rallying Cry, as shown in the pictures.

Maximir Vaileshta: Crow of White Feathers
Jestian "Coal": <Blank Space>

I'll fix those and also will replace "sings" with "shouts."

Are these three feats intended to be magically-based effects, hence the magical visual?

Pretty sure it's just intended to be a visual cue. So you know what's going on.

I’ve removed the purple wave but will keep the head VFX.

Magic it is, then.
