Influence Checks not firing

Where: Dementlieu, Everywhere

When: Last few days, persisting over resets

What: High OCR character enters area, no influence checks fire, NPCs automatically aggressive, not mechanically hostile

Recreate: Persisted over reset

I've experienced this before. If I remember correctly, if you fail an Influence check, your clothes and hat are 'recognized' by NPCs and it won't let you try to bluff your way past NPCs again. Change your clothes and hat and try again. You should see the rolls again. My caliban used 1gp disposable clothes and hoods to counter this, until I gave up on trying to Influence my way past NPCs altogether.
