The Harbinger's Hoard

[Posters are placed in the drain, and rumor quickly circulates on the lips of those who trade in less-than-reputable places.  The Harbinger of the Cult of Cyric is selling a few odds and ends, and isn't shy about where his stock comes from...]

The following items are for sale by the one known as Harbinger.  Make an offer of coin, goods, or services.  If you are the previous owner of one of these items and are considering trying to take it back, know that I can always use more stock.

The Blades of Light Carrier Kaine - Two bastard swords, previously wielded in battle by the Light Carrier of the craven dog Lathander known as Kaine.  Though his god has abandoned him, the electrum and silver the guild these steel bastard swords holds true, and the craftsmanship is fine enough to kill whatever you may need to kill.  These swords can be bought as a pair, or individually.  Both crossed steel with the Harbinger himself, as well as countless others singled out as "evil enemies" of the Morninglord.  Truly, if you focus hard enough, you can almost feel the misled piety radiating from the hilt.

The Shield of Light Carrier Kaine - This tower shield is was the property of the unfortunately and tragically DECEASED Light Carrier known as Kaine.  It is a tower shield made of thick chitin and steel, and has a silly red coat of paint with a yellow design on it.  It doesn't look particularly intimidating, but that can easily be fixed with a little time and effort.

Traitor's Penance - This tower shield was also once wielded by Light Carrier Kaine (he is my best supplier), and now it can be yours.  It was listed by its more famous name for those of you familiar with the enchantments present of these kinds of shields.  A much better make than the rest of his equipment (it clearly didn't help HIM, however), this shield is said to bolster your strength against any who would strike at you with a bludgeoning or slashing weapon, as well as just being particularly sturdy in itself.  How fitting a name as well, since it is said to only protect those of pure hearts - and here you are, purchasing it from the faithful of the Dark Sun.  We won't tell if you don't, craven dog.

The Longbow of Light Carrier Allek - This cobweb palm wood composite longbow had devil horns as a component in its make.  How fitting, for the fiends of Lathander to choose this as a weapon.  Due to the bitter rivalry between these devils and the demons they eternally feud with, this weapon is quite effective at slaying the denizens of the abyss or any who share their chaotic temperament.  As well, the wood is actually quite sturdy and makes for a very impressive draw.  100 fang discount if you promise to let loose an arrow at the next Lathandrite you cross paths with.  Who knows, perhaps it'll pierce their fiendish hide.

Dagger of Inza - The ceremonial dagger of the sneak-thief.  Enchanted to help you blend into the shadows as if you were their very own, this dagger is essential for any who don't wish to be seen.

Amulet of Hypervigilance - An amulet that sharpens your gaze, especially when peering into shadows, so you can find whoever purchased the previous dagger and take it for yourself.

Gloves of the Mouse - Gloves that are soft and quiet, and most importantly hard to notice slipping into your pocket.

Ring of Lies - Blessed with the smallest fraction of the Prince of Lies' power, these rings will allow even the most block-tongued among you to pass for a truthful fellow.  Unfortunately, even with one of these on each finger, reading the book of Ezra aloud still sounds like nonsensical garbage.

Ring of Negative Energy Protection - A ring offering a small measure of protection from forces that would sap the life energy from you.  It's not nearly enough to protect you from the wrath of Cyric, so don't get any predictable ideas.

Gloves of Swordplay - Gauntlets that are enchanted to make up for in magic what you clearly lack in skill.  Quickens the hands to more easily deflect incoming blows.

Ring of the Zealots - A ring that was formerly the property of a Fourth Sect Warden.  Those of the same firey and relentlessly murderous disposition will find their divine abilities and prayers bolstered.  I'll be selling a lot more of these if they keep insisting on drawing steel every time they so much as hear the whisper of my name on the night time wind.  That means you, Varian.

The location of Light Carrier Kaine - I am selling the location that he can be found.  Condition is 'poor' at best, may need the attention of a rather powerful healer.  Even when returned to life, this man is a whelp serving a weak god that failed to keep him safe.  Lathander abandoned this poor soul as he entered the greatest conflict of his life, and as a result, the battle was extremely short.  If, for some reason, anyone out there has use of him, I will sell a parchment that has a map leading to where he can be found.
