Barbarian Rage and Combat Expertise

Crimson Shuriken:
Barbarians have come a long way in recent years toward being the terrifying opponents they should be.
One bit of oversight has always irked me. I don't know if it can be resolved, but is it possible to disable the use of Expertise (or Improved Expertise) while rage is active. By the book, they should not be able to use these feats while rage is active. That's it, just a simple suggestion.
