Hak Test: Energy Drain

The new general feat Energy Drain doesn't expend Turn Undead charges upon use. Not yet sure whether the bug extends to some other new feats dependable on Turn Undead, but Divine Vigor works as intended for example.

To address this directly. The wording on Sacred Healing says it will fast regen 3 for 1+CHA mod rounds. Seems to only be for CHA mod rounds right now?

I doublechecked and the duration should be fine; it is set to 1 + Charisma modifier.
