Hak Test: Coat Robe animations broken

The new haks make movement animations for robe ID 20 break almost completely.
Clicking to move, walking, moving backward, moving sideways and moving diagonally are all unattached to the rest of the body.

Also holding my violin and bow! Presumably any animation that moves the arms.

All of these are broken as well, chances are there are more.

Less noticeable but still worth mentioning, when running diagonally the coat will freeze to whatever position it was in before. Nothing game breaking, everything else is working fine.
