[Finely printed fliers go up about Port-a-Lucine in Dementlieu, largely centered in the Publique and Savant. A good deal of the announcements make their way about the surrounding environs as well. They feature a finely painted image of soldiers and well dressed guests in a ballroom.]

[Accompanying word speaks of an affair that will include dancing, fine drinks, hors d'oeuvre, and a formal display of the banner of Sieur Jean-Michel Bedard's battle standard, captured by the soldier's of the Republic, at the Battle of the Perrier Farm.]
