I had a crag cat chasing me and I was running away towards the mine's doors. And then I got teleported to the ravine, a completely different transition. Well, not even a completely different transition -- I hadn't stepped on anything that should have triggered a transition, as far as I am aware. I didn't get to the doors (although that was not my destination).
