LET THIS BE A REMINDER TO ALL WHO WOULD SIDE WITH SUCH DEATH CULTS THAT WOULD SO HARM THE PEOPLE OF VALLAKI.  NATHANIEL KELTER WAS A NOTORIOUS DEALER OF DEATH AND A MISCREANT AMONGST THE PEOPLE, OUTLANDERS AND BAROVIANS.  THE LIST OF HIS CRIMES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
