So when you speak to Seraphine Corbeau she says you can get the tattoos removed, yet none of the two artists offer that option

Yeah it's what they tell people alright. How else would they get people to do tattoos?

I haven't done anything to it at all, and it worked for me before. I'll do some testing.

It's not a special option actually; it's the same dialog as for adding one.
