mixed (and broken) up transition around kroftburg.

When entering kroftburg you get from the map "near Kroftburg" to kroftburg, but when you exit again you go to kroftburg meadow.

There is also a cave in "north of krofburg, the rift" that you can't enter, but that might just not have been designed yet, and a huge transition that doesn't seem to work at the north side of the map.
