Rulinus the Ratter not taking corpses or giving out money

Didn't work for me, and a couple other people came by while I was in the house, didn't work for them either. I hadn't played in a couple years, so I don't how long this has been going on.

He is definitely broken. This must be a recent thing. He isn't taking Dire Rat Corpses or regular Rat Corpses.

  On that note, the ranger who takes elytra and mandibles didn't take all i had in the inventory. Might be a server wide issues. It did take most of it, since when I noticed I had 1 of each left. I didn't try and give them to him since I noticed late but I can definitely try it again when I log back in.

the ranger doesn't take things if they are damaged, maybe they where?

They were not damaged nor bought from another trader.

Check. maybe someone can check the government ration place in port-a-lucine? as I think there was already something about the mage tower and vamp teeth not working.

  It's confirmed that he takes everything but one of each. But if you speak to him again he will take the leftovers too.
