Item Name: Silbervasbier
Item Type: Beer
Description:
This world famous beer from the summer house of the Kingfurher is meant to be savored slowly.
Solid as a rock, Silbervasbier lords over the evening meal with a color reminiscent of silver gleaming on a black pool, and every bottle boasts the dreaded Zweifalk embossed on the dark glass.
This brew is priceless and very rare, as it can only be commissioned by the most decorated soldiers and high ranking officers of the Talons. It is treason for a commoner to be caught with even an empty bottle.
The aroma delights the connoisseur: soft roasted accents and a nuance of dried fruit carrying a vein of caramel. Joined with an indisputable, flavor, mouthcoating and velvety, strong and yet as if to remind one of the bread basket, pleasantly malty – a powerful, robust body. As it lingers it develops its easily recognizable sweetness, embracing the drinker in shades of roasted cocoa and a light, bitter hoppiness.
Statistics: Alcohol (+stolen item, very rare, unstackable)
Quality: Excellent

Item Name: Vitus dunkelbier
Item Type: Beer
Description:
Deep, dark, rich blood red color with a frothy head of dark tan, this beer prides itself on aromas of roasted rye grain with rich and layered flavors. The longer it stays on the palate the more bitter it becomes. While this is the beer's distinct signature it is also the reason soldiers gave it the nickname Musarde, to the brewery’s disdain, after the river that flows from Falkovnia to Dementlieu.
Statistics: Alcohol (+stolen item)
Quality: Very Good

Item Name: Weissfalkundbier
Item Type: Beer
Description:
A light golden wheat beer with white foam with the aroma of vanilla and light citrus. It is light and smooth, with a light yeast taste. Meant to be enjoyed with the traditional Falkovnian veal sausage. Brewed according to centuries-old brewing tradition on Weissfalkund hill, and even though many more accessible breweries have tried to imitate the flavor, true aficionados return to this sought after drink again and again. This beer is one of the most famous to be legally exported out of Falkovnia, reluctantly praised even by the land’s most bitter enemies for its refreshing flavor.
Statistics: Alcohol
Quality: Good

Item Name: Seelenfeuer
Item Type: Beer
Description:
Affectionately named after a typical Falkovnian disease, this border-born brew is only marginally better than the disease infested rivers and lakes of the corpse-strewn lands of the front lines.
This commoner’s paltry comfort may come in all shades of yellow with a sickly pale green tinge to it, and usually made with what little leftover yeast a commoner can find, Mindfire brew may vary from pathetically watered down to throat-burningly strong.
Statistics: Alcohol
Quality: Very Poor

Item Name: Pumpernickel
Item Type: Food
Description:
A traditional whole-grain bread made from rye flour and coarse rye meal. It is a dark brown color and has light sweet aroma and taste. Pumpernickel bread has a long shelf life. And if it is wrapped properly, and untouched by the ergot infestation it can last for several months.
Statistics: Food

Item Name: Lekarkδse
Item Type: Food
Description:
A soft cheese produced from a massive local breed of milk producing beast, earthy with sour undertones. This soft cheese is one of one of the few delicacies available to any commoner that tends to one of the Kingfόrher’s cattle.
Statistics: Food

Item Name: Dunkelhertzwald Kirschtorte
Item Type: Food
Description:
This cake consists of several layers of chocolate sponge cake sandwiched with whipped cream and cherries. It is decorated with liquored sour cherries and chocolate shavings.
The dessert is named not directly after the Dunkelhertzwald forests in Falkovnia but rather from the specialty liquor of that region, known as Dunkelhertzwald Kirsch and distilled from tart cherries. This is the ingredient, with its distinctive cherry pit flavor and alcoholic content that gives the dessert its flavor.

Item Name: Domino of the Gilded Masquerader

Item Type: Hood

Description: Frequently worn at masquerades, a "Domino" consists of a mask to conceal the wearers face and a loose, hooded cloak for further obfuscation. This one in particular features a black velvet mask with gold trim and elaborate silver inlay spiraling into enchanting patterns. The cloak itself is made of tastefully dyed silk with silver and golden strands of embroidery matching the mask's embellishments.

The story goes that a young Dementlieuse noblemen cursed with his father's nose and mother's crooked teeth went to ball wearing one such domino. Though normally shy and reserved, he found himself finally able to let his considerable charm and wit shine through while his ugly features were hidden behind the gilded facade. When he saw Baron Durand's daughter, the woman who had rejected him twice before, he knew he'd finally be able to make his move. His disguise worked, effortlessly enchanting her. When she lead him to a balcony away from the festivities to place a kiss upon his face the man fell to folly. Wishing her to know it was he that she had fallen for, the man revealed his true face for but an instant. She drew back violently in equal parts disgust and horror. Realizing she'd been deceived she fled to the party. Embarrassed, rejected and heart broken the man had a moment of cynical clarity- he would never be able to escape what he was underneath the disguise. The cloak was neatly folded and mask placed atop...before he flung himself from the penthouse suite of the Governor's Hotel.

Then eminent fashion savant Laura Escher witnessed the scene and was inspired to create these reproductions. After her execution during the revolution of 770 these Domino have become a hot ticket collectors item and are highly sought after.

Item Name: Blackmoon Hide
Item Type: Armor (hide armor)

Description:  Dreaded tales tell of a great wolf that once terrorized the region of Verbrek known as the Mourning Ridge, a jagged spine of wooded hills that dominate the area near the source of the Ulvflod River and hug the edge of the southern border with Sithicus.

The massive wolf, black as pitch and larger than a drafthorse prowled along the scattered hamlets that clung to the edge of the Ulvflod, causing havoc and death in its wake each autumn. Verbrekers in the region long dreaded the coming of the beastly creature, which they called "The Harvester", as it came nearly to the day at the time of their meager end of the year harvests.

A group of Outlander adventurers passing through the region heard of the local plight, and swore that they would take it upon themselves to rid the area of the great wolf. A long hunt ensued, lasting over many weeks. Each time the adventurers thought they were closing on the wolf, it managed to evading them, blending into the dark woods with an uncanny ease.

After much strife, the adventurers eventually came across the den of the beast, and slew it in a hard-fought battle amongst the ancient and fog-strewn pines. A ranger amongst the group, skilled in the ways of leatherworking, noted the properties of the hide of the monstrous creature, and skinned it then and there.

Unfortunately, when the adventurers returned to the hamlet from which they heard of the Harvester, they found it utterly destroyed... a pack of lycanthropes evidently had ravaged it, slaughtering the inhabitants to the last woman and child. Revenge, perhaps, for the killing of the great Harvester wolf.

Sets of darkly toned armor such as these are said to be from the hide of The Harvester, and indeed, their coloring is as black as pitch and extremely difficult to see in dark lighting. Very supple, they are quite effective at stalking through the woods, letting one slip quietly over branches or rocks. The fur they are made from, however, seems to bristle near arcane objects.

Item Name:  Amulet of Blessed Refuge
Item Type: Amulet

Description:  Worn by those of pure heart and dedication, these amulets were said to have been blessed by Anchorites of the Second Revelation of Ezra, based in Mordentshire.

The depiction is of an image of a silver blade surrounded by a delicate wreath of belladonna, shielded by a small piece of tinted glass in a bronze frame. In the dark of night, the glass seems to glow softly in a gentle green hue.

Gifted to those that show true commitment to the aspects of aid, cooperation, and dedication, one can feel a sense of ease and peace when wearing these amulets. At the same time, there is felt a pull to forget distractions that are not placed at the benefits of others.

"Blessed are those that accept Her grace and guidance, and shun the temptations of the Legion, " reads an inscription on the back.

Item Name:  Shard of Sacrifice
Item Type: Longsword

Description:  Much can be achieved through great risk and sacrifice, and few know this as well as those dedicated to the lessons of the goddess Ezra, the apparent mortal who achieved what none before her could : Divinity, though at great price. Forever bound to the Mists of Death, she was a martyr for her followers.

One such group of her faithful, a cadre of Templar Knights of the Last Redoubt, the church that Teodorus Raine's established in Nevuchar Springs, were bestowed a set of blessed blades to battle the Legion of Night abroad.

Tasked by the clergy to destroy a dangerous and insidious necromantic cult that had been assaulting members of the faith, the "Last Knights" as they boldly declared themselves, set out on a long journey to eradicate the cultists. With bravery and determination, they brought down the justice of Ezra upon the wicked cultists time and time again, chasing them through the far reaches of the wilderness, and routing them from several hidden lairs.

Cunning though is the Legion, and their success did not last. An ambush set by the necromancers deep in an ancient system of tunnels under the Mountains of Misery in Darkon took the Last Knights by surprise, inflicting heavy losses amongst the Templars. A single Zealot covered their retreat to the surface, holding off the necromancers, and knowing full well that he would die to save the others. The dark energies of the cultists arcane magic tore into the lone Templar, draining and weakening him with terrible force, but he fought with iron discipline until his last breath. Very few Templars escaped the slaughter, but those that did knew that it was only because of the determined sacrifice of their brother.

In the years since the loss, a few shattered remains of their blessed blades have been found by explorers. They have been occasionally, reforged with other metals back into swords that are potent against the Legion, but carry echoes of the sacrifice and audacity of those dedicated Templars.

Item Name:  Burden of Faith
Item Type: Tower Shield

Description:  The Mists hold many secrets in their depths. Sights both dreadful and wondrous are rumored to be found in their expanse, but few are those that would brave them, and fewer still are those that may return.

Amongst those that do venture into the Mists with purpose are those Acolytes of Ezra that wish to become full Anchorites. Those that are either blessed enough (or lucky enough) to manifest Her Shield after their trials in the Mists are proclaimed members of the Ezrite clergy.

There is however, a tale of a former Acolyte that experienced an event so harrowing in the Mists, that they refused to speak hardly any word of it when they finally emerged, and as the tale goes, abandoned the faith after the terrible ordeal.

Though likely warped by time and repeated tellings, it is said that the Acolyte did witness shambling undead, wearing the tattered and bloodstained armour of Ezrite Anchorites and Templars... their rotted faces holding orbs of red mist where their eyes once were. The undead Ezrites were said to have carried towering shields plated with silver and steel, with five stars emblazoned on the polished metal, which may be seen as a sign of the heresy of the Fifth Sect.

The Acolyte fled in terror, heard from by few again...

In the years since the rarely discussed encounter, a few shields closely resembling that which the Acolyte described have turned up in various hands, somehow having been claimed by those who entered the Mists. The tower shields are heavily polished and smooth, their surfaces quite reflective. They seem to absorb heat quite readily though, and when exposed to flame, they almost instantly become unbearably hot. Occasionally, even a light touch to their surface will also produce a shocking effect, likely due to their extreme smoothness. Such shields are difficult to manage, requiring much of one's attention.

Item Name:  Gloomreaver's Bane
Item Type: Dwarven Waraxe

Description:  The dwarves of Dvergeheim have long guarded the secrets of master glyph and rune work in their forgeworks, and these axes are a fine example of such skill. Equally interesting, however, is the story of how they came to be.

Years ago, a team of miners uncovered a particularly pure vein of silver after clearing an old collapse, deep in the lower tunnels. The find promised marvelous crafting material, and fine profits, and plans for careful extraction were soon agreed upon. However, before the initial team of miners could bring back the first useable loads of silver, disaster struck.

From the shadowed gloom, a creature arose, darkness following it like a fell cloak. Before any could react, or even properly sight the beast, dozens of dwarves were cleaved through, nearly torn asunder by vicious claws. Retreat was quickly called, but after armored bands of dwarves warriors met similar fates against the unseen foe, a drastic solution was taken.

Mastersmiths and runeworkers took to creating a set of waraxes, each carrying with them a potent enchantment for dealing with enemies that thought themselves safe in the cover of shadow. Though somewhat challenging to defend with, they excelled at bringing tricky opponents to heel. An elite guard of dwarves was armed with the axes, and took themselves against the beast.

Unfortunately, the fight that ensued caused a collapse in the recently uncovered cavern, resulting in both beast and dwarf alike plummeting into an underground river thousands of feet below the surface. In the weeks since then, only a few of these axes were found, scattered in the depths below Mt. Ghakis.

Item Name:  Corvian Helm
Item Type: Helmet

Description:  At one point well known for its artisans and craftsmen, Corvia is one of Darkon's most striking settlements. Natural volcanic formations that have eroded into spires of glassy black stone vary in height from only a few feet to nearly two hundred feet at the heart of the city, presenting a unique sight. Nestled amongst the spires, and indeed, hollowed out into them, early dwarven settlers did construct warehouses, workshops, and homes, stretching into the sky.

Many raw materials traded along the once prosperous roads of Il Aluk before the Requiem highlighted the masterful skill of the dwarves in many pieces, including helms like these.

Wrought out of heavy steel, and trimmed with bronze weaved amongst the helm's visor, they are remarkable pieces, if somewhat restrictive to quick movement. Reinforced by several padded layers of the finest leathers, and silk, they do fine work at absorbing the blows of weapons such as maces or hammers.

Item Name:  Ritual Fangs
Item Type: Club

Description:  This simple club consists of shaft of alder wood, and a carved head of hard stone, with several dried strips of leather and tough sinew that have lashed together what appear to be jagged, yellowed teeth. It is not of the most sturdy construction, suggesting it was made by those without access to modern tools.

Close examination shows that the teeth are certainly of some sort of large, predatory animal, but disturbingly, the leather wraps about the shaft and binding the teeth together look to have been made from elven skin...

Could this be a weapon used by one of the savage wild elf tribes that are said to exist in the northeastern hills of Sithicus, on the far side of the Musarde? Those that wield these weapons for long, would likely seem to believe so, for the feelings of despair, savagery, and feralistic ritual seem to be centered in the macabre club.

Item Name: Medallion of the Grasses
Item Type: Amulet

Description:  Vague tales suggest that amulets such as these were used by sects of reclusive monster hunters in a realm beyond the Mists in order to increase their sensitivity to magical beasts or illusions of the arcane. Whilst it is difficult to discern as to if this is indeed one of such fabled artifacts, it does seem to hum very softly and emit a small amount of heat when in the presence of the arcane.

Silver medallions of this sort are very well detailed, displaying an artistic depiction of an animal, generally.

Item Name: Sklaventreiber Whip
Item Type: Whip

Description:  Falkovnian aggression has long been held fast in Dementlieuse memory, but few that saw them can ever forget the depravities that were witnessed during the battle along the Avenue du Progress in 770 BC.

During the battle, some of the first waves of attackers that descended on the Dementlieuse fortifications stretching across the Avenue were not Falkovnian soldiers, but captured slaves, forced to die for the Kingfurher. Dementlieuse citizens from Edrigan, which had been taken by Falkovnian forces, were driven toward the lines of their brothers and sisters, forced by the cruel whips of the Falkovnains. Many of such were blown apart by Dementlieuse mines... thus, clearing the way for Falkovnian troops.

Whips such as there were used by Falkovniain slave drivers, or Sklaventreiber, to force their captives to do their bidding. While typical whips are generally of leather and may have a single barbed tip, Falkovnian whips are another matter.... a sharp, doubled bladed iron head is attached to the end of the whip, with a reinforced leather coil that is the perfect length for inflicting terrible harm against the backs of the preferred humanoids the Falkovnians claim for slaves. Little matter it if the slave dies from the wounds... for Falkovnians place meager value on the lives of such.

While most of the contents of the labs had degenerated with time, a crate of preserved glass vials with a strangely glowing golden substance inside that seemed both liquid and gas appeared intact. Arrangements were made to bring the crate up to street-level by workmen, but just as the proper tools were brought forth, the crate was discovered to have vanished.

Many suspected that the Ste. Ronges underworld was responsible. As the local nobles are aware, though loathe to admit, the criminal element of their walled city is one step removed from out of control.

Indeed, a few of these vials have turned up on the black market, praised for their ability to combat the undead. They are highly unstable, however, and recommendations are always made to cradle them well in soft wool or hay when transported. Several areas of scorched and bleached stone in one of the back alleys near the uncovered laboratory seem to lend credence to this caution.

This weighted mace is of simple and unremarkable construction. It does, however, bear a remarkable legacy of skullduggery and back-alley bludgeonings. If legends are true, it was once weilded by a master thief in a city with no name, as he single-handedly took on the tyrannical ruling class and relieved them of every penny they had. It's a nice story, but unlikely to be true.

FYI, it would be helpful if you could keep your suggestions to a single item per thread. Thanks!

Item name: Amulet of Jealousy

Item type: Amulet

Description of the item: This once pristine amulet is now corroded and worn, a rather unimpressive sight to see.  As the legend goes, a distant desert wasteland was once home to magic users of great power.  These spellcasters, all known to be beautiful women, are said to have drawn their power from strange and powerful amulets dedicated to a goddess they served.  This particular amulet was at some point "acquired" by a cabal of male sorcerers and somehow altered to serve their own ends.  Strangely, the once vibrant green gem set in the center of the amulet now glows a dim red color.

Item Name: Necklace of Grasping Ivy

Item Type: Amulet

Description:
Tales speak of a great mass of rapidly growing, almost monstrous ivy that once spread throughout the wild woods of Forlorn. As known by those versed in the domain's history, the goblyn hordes that infest the land seek to eradicate the forests there, but are countered by a reclusive order of druids. One such druidic gathering harnessed the power of the wilds, supplementing a species of fast growing ivy, in the hope that it would help create a tangle so thick, that not even goblyn blades could cut through it.

The druids, however, lost control of empowered ivy, which soon spread over an old stone circle, taking a life of its own... Nature took its course then, and the ivy seemed to draw a power from the ancient edifice. Pockets of the woodlands beneath the slopes of Mt. Mathonwy became enveloped in the hearty plant, preventing almost all travel through the area.

This necklace seems to be woven out such ivy, and the mysterious power within it seems to keep the growth alive, even unrooted and dry as it is. Its leaves and shoots seem to quiver frequently, as if still alive, and those that can manage to concentrate while wearing it will find themselves more deeply tied to the wilds. Unfortunately, whilst the ivy seems to hold up well to slashing or tearing, fire, is another matter…

Item Name: Vos Cave Bear Hide

Item Type: Hide Armor

Description:
Vorostokov is a harsh land, trapped in the snare of a neverending winter. Such dreadful conditions make every day survival a deadly trial, but so to do they breed great heroes.

In the foothills west of Nordvik, hunters tell stories of massive beasts, great cave bears that could fell a man in a single swipe, which dwelled in remote canyons crested with ice. Woe to the traveller that finds himself alone in the cold dark wilderness of Vorostovok, for death is nearly assured if injury occurs, and a monstrous bear takes scent of blood. However, glory and tales that could be passed down from generation to generation could be had by any hunter strong enough to take down such a prize, for surely, they are a hero amongst all.

More realistically, such animals can only be killed by a concentrated effort by a large band of hunters, and often, over the course of several days. Such shared glory is often not enough for any individual, and squabbles have been known to erupt over who can rightly claim the hearty prize pelts won from the great cave bears. Inevitably, Vorostokite blood is stained over the jealous fights for such things, and rarely, a few have even been taken from those frigid wilds, and found in other parts of the Core.. though those that wear such hides find that the sight is frightening to both man and animal.

Item Name: Shiv du Gang des Sable Noirs

Item Type: Dagger

Description:
Off the coast of Dementlieu, the dreaded Isle de’Orleon, is home to a prison known as Pierre du Mort, the Rock of Death. The worst criminal offenders of the Serene Republic potentially find themselves serving term its dark halls, and many a Gendarme wishes dearly to never serve duty there. Several years ago, a particularly foul group of convicts was said to have grouped together to escape the Isle, brutally murdering several guards in the process with makeshift blades. Eventually, they stole a small craft and rowed their way across Sable Bay, making landfall with covered crimson stains marking their foul deeds. It is said that the convicts made a pact on that beach to remain together, their bond forged in the blood of their jailers. In the years since, whispered tales are sometimes attributed to the so called “Black Sands Gang”, whom are said to be eager to take more blood from the Gendarmes of Dementlieu… vengeance, for their time on the Isle.

Sometimes these roughly crafted blades, often nothing more than just stone-sharpened pieces of metal with leather or cloth wrapped around one end, appear in caches of weapons, or traded amongst those that operate in the shadowy circles beneath Port-a-Lucine. Those that dare use such vile knives risk succumbing to the foul influences that a thirst for revenge can play on a mind and soul, which can eventually lead to a live focused on nothing else...

Item Name: Whispering Staff

Item Type: Quarterstaff

Description:
Along the northern border of Mordent rests the Forest of the Ancients, a great wood of towering evergreen trees. The Mordentish tell many tales of the Forest, including that of the de Boistribue family manor, which is rumored to change its location every night and claim any that cross its path, as well as rumor of savage beasts and lost spirits. One rarely discussed story tells of how travelers are sometimes pulled from the forest paths by not glimpses of a ruined manor house, nor of shimmering lights seen just in the distance, but by indistinct whispered words heard softly on the breeze...

Those that follow the sounds of the quiet whispers are said to eventually find a grove of strange larch trees, staged in a circle, that seem rather out of place amongst the evergreens of the Forest. Perhaps once tended by folk of the woods, druids, the larch trees seem to whisper in an almost unheard voice of secrets of ancient times, nearly lost. A few daring souls have harvested wood from some of the fallen or dead larch trees of the circle, but none are able to remain long, for the whispers are said to eventually become too much for any mind to bear.

Such claimed staves are surprisingly durable for larchwood, far more solid than typical, but take a deal of concentration to hold, for even removed from the Forest of the Ancients, a soft whispering can sometimes still be heard in one’s head…

Item Name: Spiderweave Vest

Item Type: Medium Armor

Description:

This vest appears to be made of thousands of strands of spider silk. Suprisingly durable for its weight, it stands up remarkably well to the rigors of combat.

Vague tales suggest that such vests were painstakenly crafted by elves, whom harvested silk from a specific species of giant spider that dwelled deep within the forbidding Fumewood of Sithicus.

Occassionaly, strands of silk come loose from the vest, inferering with fine movements, but by and large, such a garment is effective for those seeking both speed and protection.

There's going to be quite a few of these, so here goes!

Whips
Pain’s Last Kiss

This wretched whip, holy in the eyes of Loviatar the Mistress of Pain, is an awful weapon blessed with the agonising torment of the one to whom it is devoted.  A weapon purely of torture and of agony, it is cursed to cause torment to the one struck by it, while leaving the wielder vulnerable to cutting blades in reply.  Loviatar, after all, prefers that all suffer.

Witch Seeker
The dreaded flaming whip of the Tepestani inquisition, this blazing whip is made to be the curse of all witches, to burn their flesh away and sear at the cursed souls within.  Despite its role in destroying evil, it nevertheless has a darkness to it, that condemns one who holds it as a soul most cruel.

Battle Axes
Penance of Thieves

This brutal, notched blade of darkened steel is the preferred weapon for dealing with thieves by the more brutal law enforcement groups of the core.  With its edge remaining sharp regardless, it has a strange ability to sear a wound closed, which makes it suitable to its task - removing the hand of a caught thief.  The weapon has an insiduous quality that once held, it seems to make putting it to use the preferred option - predisposing the wielder towards violence.

Rippenspalter

"The hewing axes of the murderous Falkovnian's served many purposes the day that they took the City of Lights.  Be it barred doors, barricades, the flesh and bone of the valiant defenders, they cut us to pieces.  May Ezra curse them, as I have cursed them, for the blood that ran those streets red."
Sergeant Pierre Du Moncrief, Gendarme.
One of the dreaded axes wielded by the Falkovnian infantry that stormed the city of Port A Lucine, these ugly axes were left behind when the army retreated.  Perhaps as a warning, that one day they would return.  May that day never come.

Dwarven Waraxes
Glem Aldri

Translating to 'Never Forget', this mighty axe is one made for a dwarven hand, and a dwarven hand alone.  When asked what it is a dwarf should not forget, one holding this axe will get the glint of old grudges, and speak but a single word.
"Everything."
What grudge formed this weapon?  What gave it such a terrible coldness?  It is not for one whom is not a dwarf to know.

Great Axes
Schδdeldrόcker

"I watched them.  They dragged people at random into the middle of the street, and one of the brutes would come, with a foul, bloodied axe at his shoulder, and cut the head off as sure as by the strike of the guillotine.  I was lucky.  I was hiding among the dead.  Otherwise I'd have joined them."
Christof Dupont, of Dementlieu.
Skull Taker axes, as they are translated, are the weapons of the brutal executioners of the Falkovnian armies.  Their blades are cursed with the perpetual presence of blood, marking them for their foul purpose, of execution and murder.  A terrible and potent weapon in the right hands, they are nevertheless highly distasteful.

Fate of Traitors

This mighty blade, of all black metal, has an enormous weight and heft to it.  Etched in the handle is the name - a curious epitaph, for apart from its shocking ability to stun an individual in their tracks, it does not appear to be a proper executioners blade.  As confusing as that may be, however, its impact in battle cannot be denied.

Shortbow
Ξntristare

This horn and duskwood bow has hanging from it a lock of white hair, twisted around the upper arm and hanging free.  The hair seems perpetually damp, with slightly salty water.  One might even think it were the mark of tears, but from where do they come from?
Whomever bore this bow, or crafted it - one thing is sure.  Its name is well suited.  "Sorrow."  Holding it, one might even imagine that they can feel the regret that created it – but without ever knowing the story behind it.

Sharpeye’s Shooter

This short, oddly designed shortbow is made of an old, grey wood.  It has a word etched rather crudely into the simple grip - 'Sharpeye'.  This simple weapon nevertheless has a strange sense of alertness to it, an almost wakeful presence that aids the bearers senses.

Oathbow

An Oathbow is a weapon of elvish origin, originating in Toril.  Each bow is written with runes of silver into the wood itself, describing the oaths of the one who made it - and in protection against the forces of darkness and evil.  This bow is a potent force against evil - however, its oath becomes the oath of the one who chooses to wield such a weapon, and eventually, it may drive a wielder into depths of seeking justice that it eventually consumes them.

Light Flail
Koponya

This hateful flail, made of hardened bone filled with lead and iron, is a vile weapon of execution and murder.  Used by the wretched Gundarakite murderers of Nerull, this weapon is made from the bones of human sacrifices - and used then to claim the lives of further victims.  To bear such a weapon is to warrant death from any garda in Barovia, should it be shown that its use is for its made purpose - or not, considering that many sons and daughters of Barovia provided the very bones to make these weapons.

Unbroken Will

This beautifully crafted blade, of steel and a bronze hilt, is seemingly ceremonial in purpose.  But once one places their hand upon this weapon, a sense of purpose and indomitability comes to them, driving them forward, and onward.  An implacable need to defy, to withstand, to endure.  Etched into the blade is a phrase - "receptum nimis pertinacis".  What it means is a mystery.  But this fine weapon will drive its wielder to one day, perhaps, understand.

Greatswords
Thorn

No light touches this blade.  A seeming shadow given form, it creates a glint in darkness but does not reflect one.  A weapon of mystery as much as it is of awful strength, it thrums in the hand with power and potency, and is enormously heavy.  In the hands of some it weighs as much as a millstone, but in the right hands, it sings a bloody story, in words of war.

Armours.
Gunnery Armour

Base:  Breastplate
This well made armour, while rather pompous and noisy with its design, is nevertheless a rather intimidating suit.  Strongly put together and insulated well against fire and heat, the armour has a smell of gunpowder to it.  It's not sure where this armour came from - perhaps it is a product of the mists - but whomever it was that designed and used it, was clearly intimate with the use of artillery such as cannons.

This coat is heavy leather, with chain and steel reinforcements.  It has a multitude of pockets and other useful objects - holsters for cigars, notebooks, wooden stakes and more.  Silver is woven into the chain, and threaded into the hems of the coat itself.  Designed to protect against the attacks of shapeshifters in particular - whoever it was that wore this armour before, they were a hunter of the most awful kinds of monsters.  Rare to find, but often found in states of disrepair, to wear this gear is to name oneself a hunter.

Warden Gambeson

Base – Leather Armour
The gambeson of the Barovian warders who watch the lake Zarovich and the northern side of Vallaki.  Sturdy and utilitarian, the gear wards off the seeming never ending chill, as well as lending some measure of the keen senses and woodland stealth to the one who wears it.  Only given to the elite of the wardens, it can sometimes be found in the wilderness - the work itself being very risky, with all there is to face in the wilds of Barovia.

First Cavalry Armour

Base:  Breastplate
This extremely well polished, bright and shining armour appears more suited to a parade ground than a battlefield, but it nevertheless has an extraordinary resilience to it.  Designed for sabre armed cavalry, it can easily be made useful by more conventional forces on the ground, making use of the fine steel  to protect the wearer and impress - or intimidate - the opposition.

Few are those who live now in Forlorn, the all but destroyed land ruled by goblyns.  But, in that pit of despair and anarchy, a few brave souls fight and endure, clinging to a tentative survival.  This garb was worn by one of their warriors - stolen from their grave or left on the body when they fell, or passed along, its hard to tell, but it neverthless is a well made, effective but rustic garb, to aid the wearer against the evil forces that plague that land - or any other.

Very nice work on the weapons, Nem. I approve of the lack of need to give them obscene drawbacks for arguably, very small benefits.
