Mage Tower - Teeth

Cant seem to make the option to turn in the teeth come up. Also, would it be possible to have the convo changed some to have it more like the ML Priestess, where one of the initial conversation options is to turn in hearts or fangs. Rather then needing to go through the conversation to ask about vampires, to help, then end the conversation to reinitiate it to turn in the hearts (and teeth?).

After a trip to the tower, there is no option to turn in even the teeth.  I have about 15 teeth, and 30+ fangs still in my inventory, yet the woman does not offer to take them.  Any word to this bug, or is it deliberate?

You may have to cycle through the dialogue options a few times, or restart the conversation.

I'm not a 100% on it, but I think I had them in a bag one time and she did not react to it.

Cycled through the conversations several times and had fangs outside of bags. The option did not come up.
