Vistani caravan to Ghastria not working

The Vistani caravan to Ghastria appeared not to be working today; I twice paid the Vistani 100gp, and twice nothing happened when I rang the bell inside the caravan.

When I then asked to go to Blaustein, it worked fine.

There was a post before that it also does not work from Ghastria to MC.
