The Company of the Fox:
[Fliers begin to circulate throughout the city of Port-à-Lucine and as far as the Vistani Mists encampment alike. They bear the crest of House de Larose still.][They read in the High Mordentish and Trade Language as follows...]
--- Quote ---Are you struggling to find purpose?
Do you wish to learn the arts of combat and warfare?
A concerned citizen who wishes to fight for his or her home?
Or are you just a seeker of fortune and glory?
Then the Company of the Fox
Is Interested In You!
The Company of the Fox, with new leadership and revitalized structure, seeks healthy and active servicemen and women to fill its ranks for an impending campaign to the southern-most border. While the disappearance of the Baron de Larose is one of heavy passing, we of the Company endure and carry out his will should he had ever come to harm -- as he would have wanted. Should any man and woman of Dementlieu or abroad wish to fight for the Fair République, they need but make an appearance on the evening of this Dimanche ((Sunday 8 PM EST, or 1 AM GMT)). Those outsiders to the Company wishing to enter the camp shall be processed at the front entrance by a recruitment officer.
An announcement will be made on the state of the Company when any and all new recruits have been processed. All current recruits on active roster are highly encouraged to attend. Should one not be able to attend, they must notify either Sergeant Jerome de La Salle, Corporal Remi Rousseau, or Vicomte Juste Marceaux immediately. All other mundane inquiries and requests can be directed to soldiers within the Company's ranks.
*The Company of the Fox hereby reserves the right to reject any applicant they deem necessary during an evaluation period. The Company also reserves the right to sever a contract at any point in time without pay.

Seniority for equivalent ranks are rated by commission date. Command Staff or Command Guard ranks will always outrank in seniority the equivalent rank in Infantry, Cavalry, and Artillery, otherwise, standard rank hierarchy takes precedence. As an example, a lieutenant of the Command Staff is senior to a lieutenant of the Infantry, Cavalry, or Artillery, even if the lieutenant of Infantry, Cavalry, or Artillery has an older commission date. Likewise, a sergeant of the Command Staff will be senior over a Sergeant of the Infantry, Cavalry, or Artillery, regardless of date of awarded rank.
Lower ranks, even if in the Command Staff or Command Guard, shall not hold more seniority than a higher rank. For example, a Command Guard corporal does not hold higher rank thank a sergeant of Infantry, Cavalry, or Artillery, even if the corporal's date of awarded rank is older.
As a matter of respect, lieutenants are to be commonly addressed as their rank without numbered prefix.
