Minimum bandwidth to play here

Well I was curious about the minimum requirements in bandwith, (i.e. ping, download and upload), since this week I've suffered of extreme lag which was on my term, and sometimes I had simply to log off not to ruin the game of others. Ideas on what the minimum to play decently is?

In my small world a few kb's a sec should be enough. It sounds like package loss wich makes me think of a wireless connection?

I got a cable, wich goes far faster then the result shows. But because the wired connection goes through a wireless one, the wireless connection halves it if not more as the wireless connection cannot maintain the speed a wired connection can in my household. Also if i only move my receiver a few cm's i will get package loss

No what I meant is else. I know what my speed is and how the system works in the house where I am, it's just in the past 2 days the ISP has been horridly slow and I don't think they're going to fix it before the weekend is over. I acknowledge my own experience with this speed is horrible, and the speed, overall is some 150 ping, some 0.50 dowload and some 0.15 upload, but it depends on the ISP...
