How about those disciples of hotep, the ones which have more word of faiths than a lvl 19 cleric with a 20 wis. . .counted at least eight in one combat secession. . .or the trolls which have a 20% concealment, not quite sure how that works on those?

This thread is for aesthetics and appearance, not gameplay balance.

But as for "how that works" for the trolls:

How neat, thanks Blue! Would this mean that if we dump water on them it might very well hurt them?

I think they gave them a cold vulnerability to represent this since cold damage does more damage than it's suppose to against them

Yes, since you can't really add new damage types to NWN, and you can't do proper troll regeneration without messing with spell hooking, we went with giving the desert trolls vulnerability to cold.

WOOOO I was correct for once!! * basks in the moment of glory* Okay moment of glory gone. and WIth the trolls and camoflauge thate makes ALOT of sense now after reading that.... Here i thought it was just added for difficulty on the cheiftens since i don't think I have ever seen that on lower... But this is not gameplay this is feedback... :) Everything i have done in there has been fun!... even noticed the DC of the floor dart traps were uped heh always nice now to bring a rogue there.

*thread necromancy*

Just wanted to say, that after several hours exploration a couple of days ago, Har'Akir is even more fantastic than I thought.

Stumbled across several areas/NPCs I had no idea existed. The Temple of Harvest also seems much deeper lore-wise now that I've had a chance to explore it carefully. The statues and artwork used are rich in lore and detail - Sheridan and Meriana had a lot of fun puzzling over what they might all represent.

The 14-year-old-wannabe-Egyptologist in me approves!

I love the lore like that, more dungeons need it IMO. :)

[raises hand] A thought came to mind and i posted it on a diffrent section but figured it is better here... But why don't the mummies in the temples. ( excluding anubis) use weapons? i mean they were there to guard the treasures inside the temples and tombs how did they do that in life with their fists?

Is it possible to see the mummies use the double ended axes? or all those old egyptian weapons like the Khopesh and other weapons we find in there? so that way it's more than just mummies clawing at you?
