(OOPS. Just now saw that there was another post about lifeleech, feel free to delete)
Hello there.
Profane lifeleech is currently bugged.
Against certain living enemies only some of the healing is converted from the negative damage dealt.
Against some enemies (in this case Werewolfs in the cave just one instance away fron Fane) which didnt convert any of the damage to HP.
I will continue testing against other creatures and see if it depends on the creature.
Ill take some screenshots too to show to problem

Should be fixed. Can anyone test?
-
It works against werewolves now. However there still seem to be something off in the calculation.
Out of 26 negative damage made the character was healed 20 HP. Sadly I cannot test this a lot since I lost a moonfiend ring. I will continue testing when possible

Are you sure you weren't at full HP then?
-
Yes. After the profane lifeleech he was still injured. I just tested against against 2 creatures 9 negative damage = 5 health gained, and still injured after healing.
Look at the screenshot. Maybe the bug has something to do with having spells adding to constitution?

Can you try against creatures that don't have regeneration? My guess is it's related to their regeneration kicking in roughly at the same time as you used it.
-
Tested against ants and it does indeed seem more accurate on them.
-
So this is against 5 wererats + 1 PC and was healed 4 HP, so like you said it might have something to do with regenerating opponents. :/

Even if the bug is fixed, the feat feels a little lackluster I may say. Im starting to question if it's really worth the investement even if you have many turns to spare

Thanks for the report; I think I've found all the bugs and will have them fixed next update.

It does seem to act pretty correct now.
I need to test some more though
