Title: EE NCE Blind Drive Bug

At my first rest during NCE I was given the message that I was at the "blind drive" stage of the EXP debuff. Needless to say this does not make any sense.

I got the same, and I got no XP at all from killing Zombie CHampions as a lvl 2. It seems we are on the same state as lvl 20s.

Yep. Hard enough being level 2 without getting an "uneventful" message every rest.
